Personal methodic and data ware
In our current work we use wide set of appraisal methods published in Russian
and European sources (detailed review of methods is published in "Analysis of different methods in
profitable method"). Together with use traditional methods we modified popular methods with
a view to adapt it to Russian conditions and present informational area; we provided it with
necessary software and use it in our reports. Particularly we developed and use now:
Land of property complex evaluating method based on data on single realty objects.
Market cost of realty objects situated in distant area evaluating method (in the absence thereof information about deals value).
Method of discount rate determination, based on statistic data on abuilding realty of Nizhni Novgorod
Risk analysis method with the help of simulation
Modified EBO method adapted to Russian market conditions
Original method of cash flow forecasting based on Damodaran's model
Theoretical and methodical bases of developed methods are published in periodical (Appraisal Problems, Property Truck, e-media).
For high-quality and quick dispatch of work we created our own software.
