    Our company works on the market of consulting services specializing on appraisal activity and financial consulting. In the time we worked we appraised objects everywhere over the Nizhegorodsky region, in 30 regions and republics of Russia and in 4 states of close abroad. We have an all types objects appraisal experience including business, property complex, estate property, ground area, intellectual property, securities, receivable etc.
    Our company is accredited for operations in evaluating area by Federal Agency of federal property management, Russian Fond of federal property, the biggest Russian companies including "Lukoil" oil company, "GAZ" public corporation and leading banks. Our permanent Customers are: group of companies "Lukoil", group of companies "Sodrugestvo", international airport of Nizhni Novgorod and so on.

    We don't think that past achievements guarantee the high level of future works. Nevertheless, we rate highly experts' and our partners' recognition. So we inform with pride:

We take into account that evaluating is often become at the tern of different interests and could be exposed to critical analysis by interested party. And so we don't limit ourselves by handing over the appraisal report to Customer. We continue to attend our reports and to protect vested results in the fase of opponents and also if it's necessary in court and other agencies and instances.
    We issue that our consultant supposed not only to help the customer in diagnostics of the problem not only to supply the customer with necessary instruments (method, program), not only touch him how to use this facilities but also to do everything and to account for result.
    The second constituent of success is regular perfection of appraisal and consulting technologies, producing our own methods, preservation and evolving of know-how.
